We spend the hour on your business, not on a pitch: where the work slows down, what the slow points cost you, and which problems are worth fixing first. You talk to the senior people who would do the work, so the read you get is the read we would build to. Then we write it down as a Blueprint, the one build worth funding first, the ones that follow, and roughly what each is worth to you. It is a plain document you can read, share with your team, and act on, whether or not you build it with us. There is no cost and no obligation, and if we do not see a build worth funding we will tell you. If you take the Blueprint elsewhere, it still holds.

When you are ready, we either go deeper on one area or build the software, app or data layer outright. The price is fixed and agreed before we start, so there is no open meter and no surprise at the end. The figures shown are an illustrative band, not a quote: the real number depends on the build, and you see it in writing first. A focused build ships in weeks, not quarters, and the person who scoped it is the person who builds it.

Once a build ships, we can keep it running and watch over it, as much or as little as you want. Some clients hand it back to their own team and call us when something changes; others keep us on to maintain it, extend it, and keep an eye on the numbers. You decide the level, and you can change it as the business changes.
