Patient questions land all day, clinic and department timings, which doctor for what, "is my report ready", appointment changes, balance and package queries, and pile up on a busy front desk that handles them slowly or drops them. Separately, not every patient is on WhatsApp: the older patient and the worried relative still phone, and on a busy day the line is engaged or rings out, so that patient calls the hospital down the road. The leak is a bookable patient lost twice over, on the message that went unanswered and the call that went unmanaged.

What we build
A WhatsApp concierge on the hospital's own number that answers the common, non-clinical questions straight from live data (timings, doctor-and-department directory, appointment booking and rescheduling, report-ready status, balance and package information), sends appointment and preparation reminders, and delivers lab and radiology reports the moment they are released. Alongside it, a missed-call recovery layer logs every call (answered, missed, after-hours) and fires an automatic call-back request to anyone missed, so a missed call becomes a booked appointment instead of a lost one (the call-back layer is plain automation; the concierge itself answers only from live data, never as a clinical adviser).
