Hospitality (Hotels & Restaurants)

Banquet costing, housekeeping and stores apps

Weddings, conferences and parties are priced from the promoter's memory and never costed after the event, so nobody can say which event types, halls and price points actually made money, and advances and deposits are tracked on a diary that forgets. Separately, perishables spoil because there is no first-expiry-first-out discipline, and the linen, amenities and consumables that rooms-sold and covers-served should have used are never reconciled, so stores leakage hides.

Who has it

Banquets, catering and events need the banquet costing at the core; hotels and resorts need banquet costing plus housekeeping and stores; restaurants, QSR and cafe chains and cloud kitchens need the kitchen stores and par levels.

What we build

Purpose-built screens for the work that does not fit a packaged tool: a banquet-costing application that costs each event package from its recipe and staffing (per-plate food, beverage, overtime, decor, hall) against the per-plate charge, tracks the advance and deposit schedule so a payment is never missed or a deposit refunded twice, and produces a clean profit number per function and per season; and a batch-and-expiry-aware stores application with par levels, slow-moving and near-expiry flags, a first-expiry-first-out discipline, and a covers-to-consumables link so stores leakage surfaces. The planner still decides what to buy; we do not auto-fire a purchase order.

What is automated, where AI helps, who signs off

Automation for the routine. A person on every decision that matters.

The reliable spine

The non-AI spine is the costing arithmetic and the stores rules: per-plate cost against the per-plate charge, the advance and deposit schedule, par levels, and the first-expiry-first-out and covers-to-consumables checks.

Where AI helps

AI reads the recipe sheets, supplier bills and event orders to populate the costing and the stock records and flags a near-expiry batch or a function priced below cost; it never owns the number, the approval, the promise or the decision.

Who signs off

A named person signs off anything touching money, stock, a customer promise, a regulated filing, a payment, a price, a credit decision or a people decision.

What changes day to day

Banquets are priced on real cost, not memory; advances are collected on time; every function has an honest profit number; spoilage and dead stock fall and cash trapped in the store room comes down.

Illustrative outcome

Honest per-event profit visible across a season and less spoilage and trapped stock. Illustrative; final numbers come from your own data.
