Agri-Inputs & Agritech

Connect the counters, ERP and company portals

The business runs on several tools that do not talk: the counter app or accounting system, the principal DMS and ordering portals, the fertiliser PoS and iFMS rail, and the payment and partner tools. A person is the glue, re-keying an order from a portal into the system, a dispatch into accounting, a PoS sale into the books, so the same figure ends up different in two systems and the work breaks when that person is away, in the season when it matters most.

Who has it

The retail and dealer networks carry the signature need, with many counters plus accounting plus several principal portals, and agritech platforms with the app, CRM, payment and partner-supply tools. There is a lighter version for the seed and fertiliser distributors.

What we build

Deterministic, tested, monitored integrations between the systems already in place, so an event in one flows to the others on its own, with clear handling when a system is down or a record does not match. Distinct from the connected data layer: that one connects systems so the owner can see and ask; this one connects them so the work moves. Any flow that creates an order, moves money or changes a price runs through an approval gate or a tested, reversible rule.

What is automated, where AI helps, who signs off

Automation for the routine. A person on every decision that matters.

The reliable spine

The reliable spine is non-AI: deterministic, tested, monitored integrations between the systems already in place, with clear handling when a system is down or a record does not match, and an approval gate or a tested, reversible rule on any flow that creates an order, moves money or changes a price.

Where AI helps

AI is confined to reading and matching records as they move between systems and flagging the ones that do not reconcile; it never owns an order, a payment or a price change, which stay gated or rule-bound.

Who signs off

A named person signs off anything touching money, stock, a customer promise, a regulated filing, a payment, a price, a credit decision or a people decision.

What changes day to day

An event in one system flows to the others on its own; the team stops being the integration layer; the same figure stops disagreeing across tools; the work no longer breaks when one person is away.

Illustrative outcome

Re-keying between systems removed; figures that agree across tools. Illustrative; final numbers come from your own data.
